Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism Accurately collect and document behavioral data Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors Compensation & Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Hourly pay: $18–$23 (based on experience and certification) Full-time: 40 hours per week Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
