Cardiovascular Technologist – Providence St. Peter Hospital, Olympia, WA. Full‑time, Day shift. Seniority level: Entry level. Employment type: Full‑time.
Job Summary Assist the physician in the invasive testing and/or treatment of patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Responsibilities Assist physician during cardiac catheterization procedures. Perform imaging, monitor equipment, prepare patients, maintain sterile environment, and help with post‑procedure care.
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of a two‑year invasive cardiology program (Notice of completion from program) or Associate’s Degree – Invasive Cardiology Technologist or Associate’s Degree – Radiology Technologist.
Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire or Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification upon hire.
National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist – Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire or National Registered Technologist – Radiography – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
2 years – If Rad Tech, must have 2 years experience in Interventional Radiology.
Preferred Qualifications
6 months – Cath lab clinical experience.
Salary and Benefits Pay range: $44.13 – $73.34 per hour. Sign‑on bonus $10,000 eligible external hires. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
