Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager Join a team that CARES! At the Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH), we are dedicated to delivering evidence‑based, patient‑centered mental health and substance use disorder care. This position provides professional case management and intake services to assist clients receiving treatment through advocacy, referral assistance, and by preparing individual care plans based on recovery goals and strategies.

Full‑time

Hourly rate: Level III – $23.79; Level II – $22.95; Level I – $21.63

Primary working hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt

Minimum Qualifications Level III

36 months of direct, documented experience working with persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorder and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Or 60 college credit hours, 12 months of direct experience, and two years of professional experience.

Or a bachelor’s or master’s degree, six months of direct experience, and two years of professional experience.

Or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a behavioral health related field and two years of professional experience.

Or a current registered nurse license in Oklahoma with documented behavioral health experience and two years of professional experience.

Level II

36 months of direct, documented experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Or 60 college credit hours, 12 months of direct experience.

Or a bachelor’s or master’s degree, six months of direct experience.

Or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a behavioral health related field.

Or a current registered nurse license in Oklahoma with documented behavioral health experience.

Level I

High School Diploma or equivalent and six months of behavioral health experience.

Special Requirements

Must pass an OSBI background check.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as needed.

Certification as a Certified Behavioral Case Manager required within 30 days of the start date.

Must comply with Joint Commission, CARF, HIPAA, and all applicable regulations.

Must adhere to the Professional Standards for Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (OAC 450:50‑7).

About Us The Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) is a psychiatric hospital accredited by The Joint Commission, providing a safe and therapeutic environment for adults aged 18 and older with mental health crises, with or without co‑occurring substance use disorders. TCBH is transitioning to the Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center, a modern facility in Tulsa’s OSU Academic Medical District, featuring 106 inpatient beds and expanded behavioral health services.
