Afternoon Store Associate – Hometown Markets, Owosso, MI.
Pay: $12.48/hour + Retention Bonuses.
Shift: Afternoon Shift (2 PM–10 PM or 3 PM–11 PM). Full-Time or Part-Time.

About the Role: We’re hiring Afternoon Store Associates to keep our stores running smoothly during busy afternoon and evening hours. This role is perfect for dependable individuals who enjoy working independently and serving customers with a smile.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service at the register
Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
Maintain store cleanliness (restrooms, gas pumps, trash, etc.)
Accurately complete shift paperwork
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
Must be 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Able to pass background check
Retail or cashier experience is helpful but not required
Benefits
$200 bonus after 90 days + $200 after 180 days
