Job Description Join our team as an
Industrial Maintenance Helper , where you will assist skilled mechanics and technicians in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and facility systems. This role involves hands‑on support with mechanical tasks, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to keep operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities
Assist mechanics with repairs and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
Support work on hydraulic systems, motors, and mechanical components.
Perform basic mechanical tasks such as tightening, lubricating, and replacing parts.
Help identify and repair leaks, and participate in restoration projects.
Carry out routine preventive maintenance under supervision.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Essential Skills
Experience with hydraulics and motors (installation, troubleshooting, and repair).
Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial systems.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) for effective communication with the team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Possession of personal hand tools is highly desirable.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn advanced mechanical skills.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
