Coordinate with other colleagues and make sure that the care plan is being followed
Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
Coverage Area: WEST LA and CENTRAL LA
Qualifications
Currently licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in state of employment
Previous experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
Valid driver’s license
First aid/CPR certification required
