Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Toledo
Base pay range:
$17.00/hr – $18.00/hr
A Great Opportunity: $17.25–$18.25 per hour in Bowling Green, OH and surrounding areas.
Join ViaQuest Residential Services. We provide full on‑site training, so
no experience is required . Help individuals with developmental disabilities gain independence and provide personal care, domestic tasks, and supervision.
We are holding open interviews on Wednesday, 10/8 (10:00‑16:00) and Thursday, 10/9 (10:00‑14:00) at our office. Come meet the team! All are welcome.

900 W. South Boundary St., UNIT 6, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551
College Students: If you are enrolled at BGSU, Owens, or a college/university approved by the Superintendent, you may be eligible for $1,000 toward tuition, working 200 hours per semester in Wood County. Grant requires prior approval and registration.

Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering independence, choice, and empowerment while ensuring health and safety needs are met.
Supervising, teaching, and assisting individuals in all aspects of life.
Completing household tasks such as meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
Providing personal care assistance.
Requirements for this position include:
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Personal, reliable vehicle and willing to transport individuals served.
Valid Ohio driver’s license and car insurance.
Fewer than 6 points in the last two years on your motor vehicle record.
Ability to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and to climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
