Responsibilities
Be the dentist’s right hand — assist during all dental procedures with confidence
Take high‑quality digital X‑rays and images like a pro.
Deliver that MINT‑level patient experience with care, empathy, and expertise.
Keep patient records and charts accurate and organized.
Protect patient confidentiality.
Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines like a boss.
Jump in to support hygienists and your team whenever needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable)
Radiography certification (if applicable)
2+ years of hands‑on dental assisting experience
Up‑to‑date with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training
A positive, energetic, “let’s get it done” attitude
Extra Skills We Love
Open Dental experience
Experience with Nomad and digital scanning
Certifications in Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Oxide monitoring
