We are seeking a Service Loaner Coordinator that is available to work regular business hours with Saturday's as needed.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the full loaner vehicle process.
Supporting the Service Department, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Greeting and assisting guests, handling paperwork and inspections, maintaining the loaner fleet, and providing customer follow-up.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements
Preferred candidates have prior rental or customer service experience
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Basic computer proficiency
