Base Pay Range $28.00/hr - $30.00/hr

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, maintain accurate inventory, optimize warehouse processes, and supervise a team of warehouse personnel. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficiency, safety, and productivity in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Staff Management

Supervise warehouse staff, including warehouse associates, forklift operators, and other support personnel.

Assign workloads, delegate tasks, and schedule shifts based on operational needs.

Lead onboarding training, and ongoing development programs for warehouse employees.

Foster a positive team‑oriented work culture, encouraging collaboration.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

Oversee receiving, storage, and supplies.

Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliation with ERP system.

Ensure proper organization, labeling, and storage of materials to optimize warehouse space.

Implement and monitor inventory control procedures, reducing loss and discrepancies.

Safety & Compliance

Enforce safety standards, ensuring all staff adhere to OSHA and company GMP regulations.

Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free warehouse environment.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Operational Efficiency & Reporting

Monitor warehouse KPIs, such as inventory accuracy and production orders delivered on time.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance productivity.

Prepare detailed reports on warehouse activities, inventory status, and staff performance for management review.

Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to streamline operations and support manufacturing schedules.

Customer & Internal Collaborations

Address and resolve customer inquiries related to shipments and inventory.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and products.

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including at least y‑2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.

Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Knowledge of safety regulations, inventory control techniques, and warehouse operational best practices.

Forklift certification and experience operating various material handling equipment.

Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Physical capability to lift up to 50‑55 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
