Responsibilities
Perform accounting functions associated with recording transactions and producing financial statements for assigned business units.
Support shared services departments across general accounting, benefits, payroll, payables, G&A, accounts receivable, accruals, and allocations.
Prepare journal entries daily and monthly account reconciliations.
Attend meetings as needed.
Provide variance analysis for balance sheet and income statement.
Assist in preparation and review of internal and external audit requests.
Prepare and record journal entries per established policy.
Assist leadership in the monthly closing process.
Prepare accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
Determine correcting entries for reconciling items.
Maintain and monitor various schedules.
Assist team members and internal customers with financial information.
Provide high‑quality service to internal customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
1–3 years of related experience (or 3–5 years for preferred)
Highly proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience automating and standardizing operational processes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Accounting experience
Good working knowledge of ERP systems
Willingness to work occasional overtime, including weekends and holidays
Preferred
Eligibility: U.S. hourly team members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement
