Order Management & Invoicing Specialist
NetApp is seeking an Order Management & Invoicing Specialist to join our team.
Base Pay Range $27.00/hr – $42.00/hr
Essential Functions
Understand procedures required to process sales orders and perform billing activities in an accurate and timely manner using Oracle Cloud in compliance with company policies.
Enter, monitor, and troubleshoot customer sales orders.
Understand the relationship between Oracle ERP system, CRM system, and sales tools.
Manage backlog of assigned open sales orders, ensuring that orders flow through the order fulfillment and invoicing cycle quickly.
Resolve discrepancies and order/invoicing issues across departments quickly to meet target lead times and participate in producing metrics.
Education & Experience
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail/accuracy and customer service aptitude, orientation, and skills.
Time management and problem‑solving skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
Associate or Technical Trade Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience with Oracle order management highly desirable, ideally in a configure‑to‑order environment.
