As an Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing cost estimates, and working with customers and insurance companies to facilitate collision repairs.

Core Responsibilities
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and document all necessary repairs
Prepare accurate estimates for labor, parts, and materials required for repair work
Communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies to explain repair estimates and timelines
Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed on time and within budget
Maintain detailed records of repairs, estimates, and communication with customers
Desired Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience as a Collision Center Estimator or similar role
Proficiency in estimating software and strong knowledge of collision repair processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Collision Repair is a plus
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
