Job Opportunity DataScan’s Risk Management (RM) Operations Team seeks a Field Risk Specialist (FRS) to lead high‑stakes floorplan audits across the country.
Essential Functions
Verify in‑stock inventory by inspecting VIN/serial numbers of floor‑planned units.
Meet with dealership personnel to identify disposition of missing inventory.
Review and verify authenticity of dealer records and documentation related to sold, missing, or damaged inventory.
Verify status of MSOs and titles.
Record status information in the AI mobile audit application.
Document dealer visit details.
Review audit results with dealer personnel.
Communicate audit results, dealer conditions, and risk potential to client representatives.
Qualifications
Located in the Fort Collins, CO area.
Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Basic computer literacy required.
Occasional travel outside your local territory may be required.
Lifting and moving boxes may be required from time to time.
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel overnight (5‑7 nights per month).
High‑school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
Two or more years of applicable experience in floorplan auditing, banking/financial services, automotive, customer service, field services, or a related industry.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation ($42,000–$42,000 yearly) with annual bonus potential.
