Job Summary The Distribution Workflow Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth flow of outbound orders from point of origin to the arrival at the final destination in a distribution center. This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and has excellent communication skills to coordinate across various departments to maintain optimal operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Coordination: Coordinate the movement of work within the distribution center, ensuring orders are waved, allocated, picked, processed and shipped efficiently.

Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize processes to improve the flow of work through the distribution center. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (Team Members, Leads, Distribution center leadership, Continuous Improvement, Engineering and Transportation) to ensure seamless operations and resolve any flow-related issues.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to the flow of work, identify trends, and generate reports to support decision‑making and operational improvements.

Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with company policies and aim to improve KPIs for Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and/or People.

Minimum Job Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge: Warehouse operations, safety and compliance, order flow through SAP and Catalyst.

Skills: Highly organized, effective communicator, problem solving, leadership and analytical skills.

Abilities: Adaptable, good time management, team collaboration.

Preferred Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Work Experience: 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff and 3 years warehouse experience.

Salary The Anticipated Salary Range For This Position: $68,640.00 - $99,320.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
