As a
Fund Administration Analyst , you will: Oversee and review
NAV calculations
performed by third-party administrators Coordinate fund audits , resolve queries, and provide feedback on financial statements Support jurisdictional
tax
and
regulatory reporting
(SEC, IRS, CSSF, etc.) Research and resolve operational issues , ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance, Investor Relationships, and external administrators Participate in fund launches, liquidations, and other special projects Drive process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with accounting/reporting standards Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum
3+ years of experience
in hedge funds, private equity, fund administration, or audit (Big 4 experience preferred) Strong accounting knowledge (fund valuation experience is a plus) Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Excel (advanced skills such as macros are a plus) Familiarity with financial reporting, tax reporting, and regulatory requirements preferred Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Finance Industries: Investment Banking, Investment Management, Banking Location: Nashville, TN.
