Role Overview This is a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent position located in Astoria, NY. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, and cultivate lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
Conduct property showings
Negotiate deals
Prepare contracts
Stay updated on market trends to provide accurate information and advice to clients
Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and provide unparalleled customer service in the fast‑paced NYC real estate market
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required.
Proficiency in property transaction processes, real estate sales, and market analysis.
Strong customer service and client relationship‑building skills.
Knowledge of real property laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to cold call provided leads daily.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑oriented environment.
Must have a vehicle for frequent transportation in the field; visiting clients, conducting showings and building relationships face‑to‑face.
Must adhere to professional dress code.
Previous experience in the NYC real estate market is a plus but not required; training is available.
Note: This role is commission based only. Committed candidates will earn quickly based on quantitative effort via a training program.
