Position Overview MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Administrator to help drive and support our people initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership to deliver internal HR support and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes. The ideal candidate is a dynamic public speaker, personable, creative, dependable, and demonstrates a strong work ethic. Prior experience in call center operations or client services is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general HR support in collaboration with operations teams

Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure smooth and accurate onboarding of new hires

Deliver high-level administrative and professional support

Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents; gather and research information as needed

Align HR strategies with business goals and recommend improvements

Foster employee engagement through proactive and hands-on approaches, including remote interactions

Stay responsive to evolving business needs and external economic factors

Champion innovative HR solutions and process enhancements

Support employee relations, retention, and recognition programs

Manage a high-volume workload and multiple priorities effectively

Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Candidate Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration

Some undergraduate education required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with training tools and techniques

Effective conflict resolution and time management skills

Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment

Skilled in planning, coordination, and adapting to various learning styles

Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback

Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in military, government (local, state, or federal) settings

Background in contact center environments

Degree from an accredited two- or four-year college or university

SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification

Conditions of Employment

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
