Key Role: Guide your team in providing comprehensive training services and specialized IT support to enhance the operational readiness and effectiveness of the U.S. military, civilian personnel, and contractors. Provide and oversee instruction and assessment support, both in-person and virtual, to deliver the Analysis and Exploitation (A&E) programs of instruction (POIs), Live Environment Training, and final Job Qualification Standards certifications. Lead the development and presentation of training materials, conduct course evaluations, maintain Military Occupational Specialty proficiency, and build advanced FMV A&E skills. Exploit video footage from ISR platforms to produce integrated intelligence products, while maintaining and upgrading the IT systems that enable these functions. Collaborate with external agencies and industry partners to modernize intelligence capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of experience with Intelligence

Experience developing and delivering various Programs of Instruction (POI)

Experience running military courses, seminars, exercises, and workshops

Knowledge of military intelligence IT systems and information assurance management

Ability to author curriculum using the ADDIE process

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with full motion video (FMV) analysis, or 5+ years of experience with FMV analysis

Additional Qualifications:

3+ years of experience teaching or instructing at the DoD level

Knowledge of sensor capabilities and imagery analysis

Knowledge of National-level imagery product standards

Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies or Cybersecurity

IAT Level II Certification

Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary for this position ranges from $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
