We are seeking a Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) Technology Software Engineer to support Actimize solutions and platforms. This role focuses on patch installation, solution enhancements, module implementations, and model tuning for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Risk Rating models.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and test Actimize patches in Non-Prod environments (SAM, CDD, CTR, AIS, ActOne).

Develop custom Actimize processes, SQL procedures, Java plugins, and configuration changes.

Gather and document functional and technical requirements with FCC stakeholders.

Implement new FCC solutions supporting AML, OFAC, and Fraud.

Analyze and tune models for AML and Customer Risk Rating, including threshold analysis and sample alert generation.

Collaborate with other technology teams to maintain consistency and compliance.

Provide guidance on emerging technologies and Actimize optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

Advanced knowledge of Actimize platforms (AIS 4.x, ActOne 6.x/10.x, SAM 10.x, CDD 10.x, CTR 3.x).

Programming experience in Java/J2EE and Python.

Familiarity with automated scheduling tools (Control‑M, Task Scheduler).

Strong understanding of both technical and business aspects of Actimize AML solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years in financial services with AML, CTR, Name/Message Screening, and Fraud experience.

3+ years of end‑to‑end Actimize SAM, CDD, and CTR implementation experience.

Experience with data integration (batch and real‑time), scenario design, statistical analysis, and model tuning.

Knowledge of Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes.

Preferred Experience

Experience in advisory or technology consulting focused on AML, KYC/CDD, or OFAC.
