Macomb and Oakland Counties - Small Hands‑On Care Homes
Position Summary We are currently looking to fill full‑time and part‑time positions for Direct Care Workers in our Licensed Group Home located in Macomb and Oakland Counties. The homes average 6 residents. The position is responsible for providing a safe, secure, and healthy environment for individuals with developmental disabilities while working towards the individual’s goals, addressing basic health needs and transporting residents to outings in the community as well as appointments.
Education & Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
MORC, WCLS, MCCMH & TTI training preferred; we are willing to train new staff
Valid Michigan Driver’s License or State Identification Card
CNA Certification highly preferred but not required
