Job Summary
Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish Duties and Responsibilities
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. Collaborates with managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Posts jobs online and assists advertisement processes. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Collaborates with the HR Director to complete the onboarding process, including form completion, orientation, and other required documentation. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. Spanish interpreter for Benefits and other HR needs. Performs other HR duties including but not limited to:
Payroll needs Employee benefit needs Employee inquiries
Qualifications
Proficient Spanish Language and speaking skills required. BS degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred. At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process preferred. Prior experience with data entry, administration, and computer skills is required. Advanced training or certification in HR preferred. Good written and verbal communications skills. Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Open Office & Power Point. Ability to handle stressful situations when they arise and make sound judgment. Exceptional attendance. Seniority level
