Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies.
Deeply understand clients’ needs and create personalized strategies.
Oversee branch processes, roles and responsibilities for high‑quality client experience.
Engage branch team to monitor and adjust branch business plan.
Create a highly engaging environment of mutual trust and accountability.
Position Requirements Financial advisors grow the business through identifying and creating new clients and deepening relationships with existing clients by reviewing investment strategies and implementation recommendations.

Candidate Qualifications
At least one of the following: bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Financial services and/or sales experience.
Financial services registration, licensing or certification.
Professional and/or military career progression.
Licensing and Compliance
SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 required; registrations may be obtained during paid study period.
FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses required.
Ongoing training and regulatory CE required for license standing.
