Position Overview
We are seeking a
Senior-Level Estimator
with
15+ years of experience in a commercial design/build firm . This role requires expertise in conceptual estimating, client-facing budget presentations, and collaboration with design and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare conceptual budgets, proposals, and budget checks
Present budgets and project value directly to clients
Estimate ground-up commercial projects, buildouts, remodels, and tenant improvements
Review RFPs, submit RFIs, and manage estimating workflow
Collaborate with internal design teams to maintain project budgets
Work with subcontractors and suppliers nationwide
Track cost trends and perform post-project cost analysis
Qualifications
15+ years estimating experience in a commercial design/build firm (required)
Experience with national commercial construction projects
Proficiency in ProEst, Building Connected, and MS Excel
Strong plan reading, cost analysis, and presentation skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
