What You’ll Do The Finance team at CoreWeave partners closely with leaders across the organization to provide strategic insights, financial discipline, and operational visibility that support our rapid growth. We operate in a highly dynamic environment and play a critical role in shaping business decisions through thoughtful analysis, forecasting, and collaboration.
About The Role As a Finance Manager, you will be a key partner to business stakeholders, driving operating expense planning, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making. This role focuses on building and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and headcount models while improving FP&A processes and reporting. You will evaluate new initiatives, support business cases, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, including operating expense and headcount models
Strong understanding of accounting principles and the three financial statements
Hands‑on experience with financial and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
Demonstrated experience performing variance analysis and partnering with accounting teams to validate financial data
Experience presenting financial analysis and recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
Preferred
MBA or CPA
Experience supporting high‑growth, technology‑driven, or infrastructure‑focused organizations
Prior ownership of FP&A process improvement, standardization, or system enhancements

What We Offer The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
