Role Highlights
Client Engagement: Cultivate and expand your network within established markets.
Products and Services Consultation: Educate clients on diverse financial products and customize solutions to their needs.
Client Service and Implementation: Analyze and organize client data, ensure confidentiality, and implement appropriate products and services.
Work‑Life Balance: Flexible schedule to maximize productivity and personal time.
Location: Work outside the office in local schools and municipalities.
Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
Personal Attributes: Values‑driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self‑confidence.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others’ lives.
Collaboration: Ability to work with and learn from top performers.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Training & Development
FINRA Sponsorship: Provided for required FINRA licensing.
Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): 120‑day comprehensive hands‑on training.
Virtual University: Continuing learning via Equitable Advisors’ Virtual University.
Mentorship: Opportunities for joint work and mentorship.
Personalized Coaching: Local Vice President coaching.
Leadership Development: Access to Leadership Development School for management ambitions.
Professional Growth: Encouragement toward designations such as CFP®, ChFC, and Equitable Advisors’ Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach.
Compensation & Benefits
Sign‑On Payment: Based on time to complete required FINRA licenses and PEP.
Base Salary: Annual salary for eligible financial professionals.
Commissions and Bonus: Eligibility for commissions and bonus.
Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, disability, life insurance, and TRIP transportation reimbursement.
