Position Summary The Associate Software Support role provides first‑level client support for DMA’s proprietary software solutions. This entry‑level position assists with issue triage, documentation, and minor enhancements to existing applications. The Associate collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and contributes to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provide first‑level client support for assigned software applications.
Communicate with clients to provide clear written instructions and document issues using JIRA.
Diagnose and triage software issues; identify and document root causes.
Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing software solutions.
Contribute to the development and documentation of potential solutions.
Support the preparation of functional and technical documentation.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release coordination sessions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
Familiarity with professional programming concepts; no prior experience required.
Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL, and relational databases.
Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic troubleshooting and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
Work Environment And Physical Requirements
Work Schedule: Regular, 40 hours/week
Travel: Less than 10%
Physical Activity: Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and sounds.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Frequent repetitive motions with hands.
