About Precision HVAC, Inc. Precision HVAC, Inc. delivers high-performance heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions across commercial and residential environments. Our reputation is built on quality craftsmanship, reliable service, and energy-conscious results.
A Day in the Role Sunup finds you reviewing the day’s commercial service schedule—boilers at a mid-rise, a chiller optimization at a healthcare facility, and a cooling tower maintenance at an office complex. You lead the crew briefing, outline safety priorities, and align timelines with the project manager. On site, you diagnose a troublesome RTU, interpret schematics to resolve a complex control fault, and ensure every step meets code and safety standards. Between calls, you coach a junior technician through a chiller startup sequence, update service documentation, and brief the client on energy‑smart upgrade paths. When an emergency call comes in, you pivot, troubleshoot efficiently, and restore comfort with confidence.
