Leadership & mentoring capabilities. Excellent client-facing communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good to Have
Groovy or other scripting languages. Containerization (Docker / Kubernetes). Agile methodology experience. WebMethods certification. Monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK). Security protocols (OAuth, SAML).
