Responsibilities
Client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with strong Agile delivery expertise to manage complex, enterprise‑scale initiatives involving Billing, Transaction Processing, and Data platforms.
The role requires managing multiple parallel engagements, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery across cross‑functional teams within a regulated banking environment.
Qualifications
12–15 years of overall IT experience, with significant exposure as Project Manager / Program Manager.
Strong hands‑on experience in Agile / Scrum / SAFe frameworks.
Proven experience managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
Strong understanding of Billing systems, Transaction processing (TRX) platforms, Data platforms/reporting/integrations.
Mandatory experience in Banking / Financial Services domain.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership interaction.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery metrics, and governance models.
Experience working in large enterprise or global banking environments.
Ability to handle ambiguity, dependencies, and high‑pressure delivery timelines.
Excellent documentation, presentation, and coordination skills.
