ADB is a nationwide full‑turnkey provider of technology infrastructure. ADB is seeking a Supervisor to lead ISP and data center cable installations on projects nationwide. Roles and Responsibilities
Perform expert level fiber and copper cable installation, including termination, assembly, and dressing. Add and remove non‑powered and powered cables, racks, cabinets, and other equipment following project scope. Perform fiber splicing, scoping, testing, and certification. Utilize data center infrastructure expertise (cable media, hot/cold aisle containment, cabinet airflow). Execute IDC termination and coaxial cable testing using pair scanners. Install and connect secondary DC power equipment into active bays. Produce redline drawings and cable test validations for PM and customer approval. Champion ADB culture with an ALL‑IN attitude; drive participation in company events. Collaborate with construction management to oversee time, materials, documentation, tools, equipment, and subcontractors onsite. Lead and train crew members, ensuring safety, quality, performance, and conduct expectations are met. Communicate effectively with customers, crews, and subcontractors; address complaints and issues. Model safety by leading by example, teaching others, partnering with safety to present topics, and actively participating in safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Provide ISP projects at customer facilities nationwide. Work in varied physical positions (sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing). Possible exposure to uncomfortable or distracting sounds. Must wear protective safety equipment: safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, steel‑toed boots. Experience and Education
6–10 years ISP cable installation experience. 2+ years data center buildout experience. 2+ years CO buildout/frame certification experience. 2+ years Lead/Foreman experience, leading crews onsite. BICSI Installer certification required. Preferred: 2 manufacturer certifications (e.g., CommScope, B‑Line). Man lift & CPR certification required. OSHA 30 required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Seniority Level
