Position Overview The AI Enablement Lead is a senior leader responsible for defining, communicating, and executing the company’s AI strategy. This role will establish the vision for AI adoption across the enterprise, manage the roadmap for AI initiatives, and serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate blends deep technical literacy with strong executive communication skills, ensuring that AI capabilities align with business objectives and deliver measurable value. This position can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
What You’ll Do AI Strategy & Vision
Define and continuously refine the enterprise AI strategy in alignment with company goals
Develop a multi-year roadmap for AI adoption, innovation, and governance
Identify industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic direction
Partner closely with Senior Leadership and obtain critical buy-in on how to translate business needs into AI Strategy
Leadership & Coordination
Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional AI enablement team
Partner with business leaders to identify high-value AI use cases
Coordinate with IT, BI, Security, and Applications teams to ensure AI readiness
Execution & Delivery
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI applications and agents
Drive the establishment of AI governance, compliance, and ethical use frameworks
Ensure scalability, security, and operational excellence of AI environments
Change Management & Communication
Translate technical concepts into business language for executives and stakeholders
Champion adoption through storytelling, executive briefings, and stakeholder engagement
Measure success through adoption metrics, business outcomes, and continuous improvement
Success in This Role
AI roadmap established and endorsed by executive leadership
First wave of AI agents successfully deployed and delivering measurable business outcomes
High adoption rates across business functions through effective change enablement
AI governance framework established, ensuring secure and compliant AI usage
Recognized as the enterprise thought leader on AI innovation
You Have
10–15+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in AI/ML, automation, or advanced analytics
Proven track record of setting and executing enterprise-wide technology strategies
Strong knowledge of AI platforms (OpenAI, Glean, MCP, no-code/low-code agent frameworks)
Deep understanding of data management, governance, and security as they relate to AI
Exceptional communication and influencing skills across technical and executive audiences
Exposure across industries with demonstrated ability to translate innovation into value
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
You Are

Knowledgeable about the relationship between Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, particularly within the office of the CFO
Willing to get your hands dirty in the details of a project while simultaneously seeing the whole picture
Comfortable managing projects with multiple complex workstreams while also focused on your single workstream (you are managing and doing)
A self-starter with a strong work ethic
Full of entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable in a fluid, flat organization
Able to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions, and raise issues to senior team members when necessary
A team player, able to work with team members across all levels
Someone who enjoys mentoring others and doing meaningful work
A leader of others; you lead by example
The annual salary for this role ranges from: $180,000 to $275,000 + benefits + bonus. Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
