Duties And Responsibilities
Develop Data Migration pipelines and ArchiveSystem
Providing technical support for the application and infrastructure
Providing expertise and guidance for technical needs
Be able to independently learn, analyze and resolve issues.
Providing technical input as needed to the IT Manager
Reporting statuses to the IT Manager
Adhering to NCDHHS policies and procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to provide technical assistance and communicate with multiple teams to get the tasks done
Experience with Java and SQL
Subject matter expertise to Linux O/S and Windows.
Experience with relational databases
Ability to convey clearly verbal or written information to individuals or groups
Ability to work well with the team
Strong problem solving and analytical skills and a self‑starter

Experience with Intersystems Cache Database and ETL for data archive processes. Required 5 Years
Experience with Websphere Application Server. Required 5 Years
SDLC Processes. Required 5 Years
Ability to understand technical architecture and be able to work with infrastructure teams. Required 5 Years
Ability to provide technical assistance and communicate with multiple teams to get the tasks done. Required 5 Years
Development and support of technical solutions for supporting business processes, strong problem solving and analytical skills and a self‑starter. Required 5 Years
Ability to convey clearly verbal or written information to individuals or groups. Required 5 Years
Experience with Java, HTML, HTTP, XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI. Highly desired 6 Years

FTP/SFTP/FTPS. Desired 5 Years
