About The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a leadership role within an enterprise data and analytics organization, driving large-scale initiatives across Databricks, SAP, and modern cloud data platforms. This is a highly visible role blending business analysis (75%), product ownership, Agile leadership, and stakeholder management, with a strong emphasis on enterprise delivery and governance. You will act as a trusted partner to Finance and business leadership, enabling data-driven and AI-supported decision-making while guiding teams through Agile execution in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise-level data and analytics initiatives leveraging Databricks, SAP, SQL, and ELT/ETL pipelines
Partner closely with Finance and senior stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable, scalable data solutions
Serve as Senior BA, Proxy Product Owner, and Agile/Scrum Lead, owning epics, user stories, backlog prioritization, and delivery cadence
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and lead cross‑functional meetings with developers, architects, and business stakeholders
Guide and mentor a team (current and planned growth), setting standards for requirements quality and delivery excellence
Collaborate with data engineers and architects on ingestion pipelines, curated layers, and analytics models
Ensure compliance, governance, and data quality in alignment with pharmaceutical distribution and regulatory standards
Oversee UAT, data validation, and release readiness to ensure solutions meet business and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise data, analytics, or platform initiatives
Strong experience with Databricks in enterprise environments
Working experience with SAP (finance, supply chain, or commercial data domains)
Advanced SQL skills for data validation and analysis
Experience with ELT/ETL pipelines and modern data integration
Proven Agile delivery experience using Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps
Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences
Preferred Experience:
Experience in pharmaceutical distribution or other regulated industries
Exposure to AI‑enabled analytics or advanced data use cases
Background in data governance, compliance, or audit‑ready environments
Agile or Product certifications (CSPO, Scrum Master, PMI‑PBA)
