ServiceNow Developer
Peterson Technology Partners is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
Enhance Service Catalog, workflows, and automation to improve service delivery and user experience.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and connectors.
Administer multiple ServiceNow instances, including access control, workflow automation, data integrity, and system upgrades.
Collaborate with teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and customizations.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to recommend and implement platform enhancements.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator.
Strong ITSM expertise and familiarity with ITIL processes; ITIL v4 certification is a plus.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or other modules.
Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflow automation, and integrations.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
