Remote Description: *Remote | EST Hours* Our client, an immigration focused law firm, is seeking a Zoho Developer with strong expertise in Zoho applications to maintain, stabilize, and enhance our existing systems. This role focuses on ongoing improvements and support rather than large-scale implementations. You will work closely with our finance and operations teams to ensure smooth functionality across Zoho CRM, Books, Finance, Creator, and Flow. We can facilitate W2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Opportunity to work on meaningful enhancements that directly impact business operations. You’ll be part of a meaningful company supporting clients through the immigration process. You’ll be part of a small, "start-up" type team preparing the company to scale. Responsibilities:
Maintain and stabilize existing Zoho applications and workflows. Implement enhancements and customizations to Zoho CRM, Books, Finance, Creator, and Flow. Configure and optimize payment plans, service add-ons, and multi-client engagements within Zoho Books. Collaborate with internal teams to activate new features and improve user experience. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely support during business hours (Pacific/Mountain time). Modify and extend existing Zoho code using Deluge, and occasionally JavaScript or Python. Ensure smooth integration between Zoho apps and other business systems. Experience Requirements:
3–5 years of experience
working with Zoho applications. Strong knowledge of
Zoho CRM ,
Zoho Flow ,
Zoho Books/Finance , and
Zoho Creator . Proficiency in
Deluge scripting ; ability to tweak and build on existing code. Familiarity with
JavaScript
or
Python
for minor customizations. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Must be available during
Pacific time zone hours . Preferred Skills
Experience with financial workflows in Zoho Books. Understanding of business processes related to client services and payment plans. Strong communication skills for collaborating with remote teams. Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
