Configuration and Data Management Support, Journeyman F-16 WAM (Secret)

We routinely support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM (AFLCMC/WAM) directorate and the F‑16 division at Wright‑Patterson Air Force Base.
We are looking for a Journeyman‑level Configuration/Data Management Support specialist who will assist with the development, production, and support of F‑16 weapon systems and related equipment. The role focuses on configuration control, data management, and engineering data activities across the F‑16 program.
Responsibilities
Assist with CM and DM tasks related to the F‑16 program, including full range of CM, DM, Engineering Data Management (EDM), and DR actions required by DoD, USAF, AFMC, and AFLCMC.
Review program‑unique specifications for hardware and software, ensuring compliance with standards.
Process CPIN requests and track them through the appropriate government agencies.
Perform configuration control functions: receipt, dissemination, tracking, and disposition of ACSNs, ECPs, CCPs, RFD/RFWs, DRs, and other change documents.
Review change proposals for thoroughness, configuration and DM impacts, and compliance.
Support Configuration Control Boards (CCB) and other management boards.
Maintain change proposal files, DM files, and historical data.
Plan and support Functional Configuration Audits (FCA), PCAs, and compliance audits, including audit planning and action tracking.
Maintain configuration status accounting databases and records.
Assist data users with selecting, tailoring, and preparing Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) and DM forms such as CDRLs.
Support data call preparation and release for the F‑16 System Program Office (F‑16 SPO).
Conduct data reviews, integrating inputs from program office/IPT members, drafting minutes, and following up on action items.
Support CDRL preparation and maintenance for RFPs, contracts, and contract modifications using automated systems.
Manage contract data deliverables, electronic and manual DM files, and historical information.
Prepare and maintain the Engineering Data Management Plan (EDMP) and conduct engineering drawing In‑Process Reviews (IPRs).
Manage the DR function: receiving, processing, and tracking DRs.
Maintain DR and Material Improvement Project (MIP) files and databases, and assist with disposition of exhibits.
Plan and conduct MIP Review Board meetings.
Interface with all levels of engineering, program management, and leadership across the F‑16 Division and the broader AFLCMC organization.
Support standing F‑16 activities and organizations, including various boards and System Safety Groups.
Participate in formal and informal F‑16 program reviews and meetings, including risk assessments, requirements, and design reviews, and configuration audits.
Requirements
Active Secret clearance.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant technical experience, with 3 years within the DoD; OR 7 years of directly related experience with required certifications, with 5 years within the DoD.
At least 3 years of DoD acquisition program office CM experience focused on digital acquisition techniques.
