The work supports vital health-focused surveys for our Federal and global health agencies. As a Survey Researcher at ICF, you’ll help collect data via specific telephone questions; the collected data is used to identify risks and monitor trends that allow our clients to deliver targeted, effective health policy interventions. This role is fully remote and On-Call, approximately 20‑29 hours each week. Hours of work can vary and the ICF Recruiter will provide schedule options. Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone and accurately record responses using a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system. Engage positively with members of the public while remaining neutral and unbiased regarding their responses. Continue to build skills by learning from colleagues and your Team Lead who support your progress and project goals. Be able to sit for long periods of time to complete interview calls. Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. Live within one of the following states: Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas, Kentucky, Kansas, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, North Carolina, North Dakota, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, South Carolina, South Dakota, New Hampshire, Tennessee, Utah, Oklahoma, Nevada, Mississippi, Montana, Louisiana, Idaho, Arkansas, and Alabama. Must pass a criminal background check. Preferred Skills/Experience

At least 6 months of previous call center, customer service, or collections experience. Experience collecting and recording data from the public. Professional Skills

Active listening and strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to engage with the public and remain neutral during interviews. Strong interpersonal skills, courtesy and professionalism. Flexible work schedule and willingness to work limited overtime. Clear telephone speaking voice and script reading accuracy. Basic computer skills and accurate data entry (30 words per minute).
