At FYZICAL, we’ve intentionally built a practice that prioritizes one‑on‑one patient care over high-volume burnout. Our team specializes in orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular rehabilitation for adults and seniors—and we’re looking for a leader who wants to shape clinical culture, mentor therapists, and elevate outcomes.

What We Offer
Highly competitive salary: $95,000–$105,000 (commensurate with experience)
$10,000 sign-on bonus
$2,500 annual tuition/continuing education bonus
Predictable schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Optional additional hours for those who want flexibility or increased earnings
Health stipend: $2,400 annually
In‑house continuing education and specialty training
Low‑volume, high‑quality care model
Supportive ownership and leadership team that values your clinical judgment and ideas
Clear opportunity to shape clinic operations, culture, and growth
Position Overview
40‑minute treatment sessions and 60‑minute evaluations
Emphasis on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence
Flexible start date
Opportunity to grow into or further develop leadership responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence‑based orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular care
Lead by example in clinical quality, professionalism, and patient engagement
Collaborate with ownership and staff to enhance clinic operations and culture
Mentor and support team members to foster growth and retention
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and clinical standards
Ideal Candidate
Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in the state of practice
3+ years of clinical experience preferred (leadership experience a plus)
Passionate about patient‑centered, one‑on‑one care
Comfortable mentoring, guiding, and collaborating with a clinical team
Motivated to grow professionally and help shape a thriving clinic
Strong clinicians seeking leadership growth are encouraged to apply
