Job Description A successful cleaning company in Long Island is looking for a Project Manager to work within the tri‑state area. Must be bi‑lateral (English / Spanish) and have a valid driver’s license as a company van will be provided.
Responsibilities
Responsible for completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled.
Deep cleaning of commercial buildings/facilities.
Reporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client.
Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to the regional team.
Construction cleanups.
Carpet extractions.
Strip, wax, and buffing floors.
Pressure washing.
Window cleaning.
Hi‑low dusting.
General office cleaning.
Training and recruitment of cleaning staff.
Reporting hours to payroll.
Qualifications
Experience in commercial building and facility cleaning.
Bilingual (English / Spanish).
Valid driver’s license.
Flexibility with working hours. Emergency nights and weekend work may be required.
Minimum age 18 years.
