Mechanical Assembler 2nd Shift
Shift:
Monday - Thursday, 4:00 pm – 2:30 am (plus $3.00 shift differential)
Location:
Winneconne, WI
Job Functions:
Install electrical components per assembly drawings.
Assemble electrical enclosures.
Verify components with the bill of materials to ensure accuracy.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
Basic Requirements:
Complete assigned tasks accurately.
Be flexible with working hours to allow for occasional overtime.
Problem‑solve independently and with coworkers.
Possess a strong safety ethic.
Attention to detail.
Comfortable with hand tools.
Additional Job Highlights:
Production works 4‑10’s
Starting 2‑week PTO accrual + sick days
Profit sharing bonuses for all
Non‑mandated overtime
