We are looking for a
Production Assembler - Connector
to help assemble small, medium, and large electric motor and rotor components used across a range of industries. You’ll rotate through workstations within a collaborative work cell, producing high‑quality parts that meet exact customer and regulatory standards.
What You Will Do
Assemble and wire motor and rotor components following detailed work instructions
Insert, strip, connect, insulate, shape, and lace copper wire coils to specification
Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and magnification tools to meet tight tolerances
Perform continuous visual inspections to ensure product quality and integrity
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area while following PPE and FOD requirements
Use basic computer systems to support inventory checks, documentation, and change requests
Collaborate with teammates and engineers to support continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures
Comfort using hand tools and working with small components
Basic computer and math skills
Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes
Preferred Experience & Skills
6+ months in a manufacturing or assembly environment
Experience with soldering, wiring, or electrical components
Familiarity with IPC standards (J-STD-001, J-STD-001ES, IPC-A-610) is a plus
Education
High school diploma or GED required

Salary Description $18 ‑ $20 starting pay per hour DOQ
We are committed to providing pay ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The listed pay range is provided in good faith and is subject to adjustments in accordance with company policies and market conditions.
This position is eligible to participate in a
performance‑based bonus program
based on company performance goals. Bonus payouts are not guaranteed and are determined at the company's discretion.
