Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement flexible line designs, eliminate waste in manufacturing processes, and manage material flow and kitting. You will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives and lead multiple projects focused on improving manufacturing processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or Associate's degree.
1+ years of working experience.
Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical/electronic componentry.
Experience with CAD/CAM software.
Knowledge of JIT, CSM, and DFT techniques and philosophy.
Understanding of Quality Assurance fundamentals.
Preferred systems knowledge (AS400, NOMS, CORE, EDM).
Work Environment The work environment is a very clean facility where employees can engage in cool projects and custom orders. The work schedule consists of four 10‑hour shifts per week, with occasional overtime, providing a great work‑life balance. There is a possibility of approximately 10% travel to the NC plant. Manufacturing and distribution involve forklifts and both continuous and custom project‑based work.
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire, Berea, Kentucky (Berea, KY).
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $42.31 - $48.08 per hour.
