ACG is looking for a candidate with integrity, drive, and attention to detail. ACG is a commercial general construction company that does work in Arkansas and surrounding states. (Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas)
This position will need to be comfortable overseeing the onsite day to day operations. They should be able to determine and address any problems/obstacles that may occur and inform the proper people if necessary. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with subcontractors and keep to the construction schedule.
Requirements
Travel State to State for periods of time
Valid Drivers License
Must be able to be insured
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operation of construction projects
Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent. Trade Journeyman with 5+ years of experience running the field would be acceptable.
Strong project management and communications skills
Ability to read construction documents
Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
