Job Description The Field Engineer is the liaison between the construction site and the office, supporting the Project Engineer and Project Superintendent with production tracking, operational planning, communication, organization, implementation and project data tracking. The role is 75‑90% field based, providing opportunities to learn construction management and advance in the company.

Your Role Drive excellence through technical expertise and innovation while serving as the primary field‑office interface.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with all project staff to track and analyze work plans, maximizing field operational efficiency.

Develop, maintain and report daily quantities installed and performed.

Analyze and compare budgeted versus actual production rates and material yield.

Assist in ensuring field work meets project standards and specifications.

Who You Are

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

Moderate to high proficiency operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
