An Irrigation Supervisor is needed to oversee all aspects of the irrigation for a seed production company. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, able to work with little supervision, and possesses strong work ethics.
Base pay range $27.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Irrigation Supervisor Responsibilities
Manage electronic monitoring systems for irrigation across all farms
Ensure correct function of pivot, wheel, and hand irrigation systems
Make quick decisions and create action plans with little notice
Work with minimal supervision
Irrigation Supervisor Requirements
Effectively operate computer systems and adapt to new systems
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of agricultural irrigation systems including pivot, wheel, and hand systems
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
