Responsibilities
Organize and direct maintenance programs and staff across the apartment property
Assign and schedule work orders for maintenance team members
Follow up on all service requests
Supervise the Make‑Ready (unit turning) program
Maintain adequate parts and appliance inventory
Oversee completion of the Preventive Maintenance Program and implement the Price Brothers Safety program
Consistently review performance and activities of maintenance staff
Ideal Candidate
2‑3 years of multi‑family maintenance experience (preferred)
At least 1 year experience in a management or leadership role
Knowledge of building trades and codes
Experience with HVAC systems
Excellent supervisory, training and organizational skills
Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair)
Flexibility to work on‑call and weekends as needed
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and any required state licenses or certifications
HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II or Universal)
