Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Beasley, TX, for experienced assemblers, welders, and sandblasters. Responsibilities include assembling equipment components to specifications, performing welding tasks, and preparing surfaces for coating through sandblasting. Team members will ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, collaborate with colleagues to meet production schedules, and maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficiency in assembly techniques, blueprint reading, and precision measurement tools
Welding skills, including knowledge of MIG, TIG, or arc welding techniques
Experience in sandblasting processes and handling surface preparation equipment
Ability to adhere to safety protocols and maintain high‑quality standards
Strong teamwork, time management, and attention to detail
Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, and operating heavy machinery
High school diploma or equivalent; specialized certifications or trade school training is an advantage
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
