Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Specialist, based in Mercedes, TX. The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on properties.
Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
Execute repairs to ensure property functionality and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting preferred.
Basic knowledge of tools, techniques, and safety procedures related to property maintenance.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing.
Must have your own basic hand tools.
