Amo Realty A small real estate brokerage that provides each of our agents with at least 10‑20+ incoming residential buyer and seller leads per week. We maintain a sustainable lead system for a small group of agents in the busy Orlando area real estate market.

Leads We give each of our agents at least 40‑100+ incoming residential buyer and seller leads each month. Leads come from a variety of sources including Zillow and include commercial lease leads for office, restaurant, retail, and industrial spaces.

Commission Split

80/20 split on your own leads for the first 3 years, and then 100% commission after a $18,000 cap

50/50 split on company‑provided leads

After 3 years, agents keep 100% commission of your own leads after a $5,000 cap

100% commission on personal real estate transactions

100% commission for nuclear family

No desk fees, no transaction fees, no monthly charges — just the split

Florida Real Estate License is Strictly Required
